This wonderful 2 oz silver coin is the fifth release in the “Twelve Labours of Hercules” series, dedicated to one of the Twelve Labours – Augean Stables.
The coin is decorated with a gold plating and high relief. The reverse of the coin depicts the wonderful image of Hercules being forced to clean the stables of Augean, with the detail of a golden Doric column. The obverse of the coin depicts the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, surrounded by the twelve labours of Hercules with the image of the Golden Bull.
